Drive failures can result in the loss of family photos, important documents, financial data, contacts, and other important data stored on computers. Express Computer Service understands how important your data is to you and is pleased to announce our new Data Rescue service. We use advanced data recovery techniques to rescue your data after a variety of hardware and software failures.

How Data Rescue Works:

Fill out this online Data Rescue service request. You will receive detailed email instructions within 1 business day with instructions on sending the failed drive to ECS. Drives can also be brought directly to our store at any time.

Once we receive your drive we will diagnose the state of the hard drive within 1-3 business days and contact you with the probability of Rescue and a final estimate.

The recovered data is then shipped back to you on appropriate storage device. (USB hard drive, CD-Rom, DVD, etc.)

Your data is never stored on recovery systems that are directly connected to an outside network which ensures integrity and security of your information.

Price:

Due to the variety of different types of data lose situations it is hard to give accurate estimates for the cost of data recovery without first diagnosing the specific problem with the damaged drive. The price of Data Rescue can range from $300-$2700 plus the cost of return storage device. There is a minimum $39 diagnostic fee billed if customer chooses not to go forward with recovery or if data can not be rescued.
